The Botany Department has three labs to envisage the empirical knowledge in basic and advanced Botany for the freshers, sophomores and seniors. The lab has sophisticated equipments to perform studies in Plant Anatomy, Plant Taxonomy and various experiments in Plant Physiology, Cytology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics and Environmental studies.

Laboratory experiments play a very important role in understanding the concepts of chemistry. Chemistry lab can presently accommodate 30 students working at the same time in a session. Students perform the experiment in a group of two to learn team work and help each other for the same.

The Chemistry Lab has variety of sophisticated instruments like distillation apparatus, Stalagmometer, Viscometer, Conductivity meter, Potentiometer, pH meter, UV-vis. Spectrophotometer (200-700 nm) along with other required glass wares, reagents and materials.

All the practical performed in the labs are under the supervision of one faculty member and a lab attendant for assistance. Safety and security measures are in place and are readily available.

The Psychology Lab is equipped with the latest and some of the best facilities for behavioral research in the country.

It has facilities for conducting research in many cutting edge areas of psychology. The major equipments include Eye-Tracker, Bio and Neurofeedback systems, Vienna Testing System and Electronic Tachitoscope. Besides them, several other facilities and equipments are also available.

The Zoology Laboratory provides the students with a suitable environment to develop a detailed understanding of the animal kingdom by exploring the physical, morphological and physiological characteristics of animals.

Zoology laboratory provides learning a process of experimentation, physical experience, practicing a skill/procedure, analysis, working collaboratively, etc. Collection and preservation of animal species. Exploration of the general anatomy of animals from different phyla through various slide examination,models,charts etc and observation of animal specimens preserved in the laboratory.

Physics lab is well-equipped with all the facilities and equipment required for the students to do experiments as part of their syllabus. The labs are spacious enough and a full-time lab attendant is appointed for the smooth functions of the lab.

Physics Lab Rules

• Visit the Lab. Thoroughly prepared to do the demonstration/experiment.
• Students have to follow all written and verbal instruction by the Instructor/Lab Assistant.
• A minimum of 75% attendance along with the Lab Reports are compulsory to attend the practical examination/s.
• Personal apparel should be appropriate for the Laboratory work.
• Lab. work must be performed only under the supervision of the Instructor.
• Do not leave the equipment unattended while it is being used.
• Only textbook/s and notepad/s required for the demonstration/experiment are to be brought to the Lab.
• Be extremely cautious in handling the equipment, and follow the instructions for their use.
• No outsiders are permitted in the Lab.

The standard and quality of an educational institution mainly depends upon the facilities and services provided in the library. It is considered as the heart and soul of an institution imparting qualitative education. The library in an educational institution is an integral part of academic endeavour to create learning atmosphere. The curriculum and teaching methods of Sri Ganganagar Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhyalya require both intensive & extensive use of material in the library. The library is having huge number of reference books and is being constantly enriched by the acquisition of the latest books and journals keeping in pace with the changing time. A good number of newspapers are also available in the Library everyday to make students conversant with the local, national and international news.

The students actively participate in the learning process with the help of hi-tech audio equipments for pronunciation skills and interactive language learning activities. It helps the students to build their confidence and become good orators. It is extensively useful for all students. We have also setup a computer lab with advance systems connected with unlimited internet facility for students. The facilities like online search is available. The subject information technology for lawyers enables the students to be proficient in the use of computers as well as internet surfing and essential computer usage. Today a number of free e- journals & e-magzines are available on computers, by which the students get enriched with legal knowledge in specialized fields.

Tantia University is a Wi-Fi enabled campus which provides high bandwidth speed to all the offices and departments of the University, boosting research and developmental activities in the University by facilitating the students, research scholars and faculty to access the web even after regular college hours.

Tantia University has left no stone unturned to develop facilities for sports and recreation for students. The campus has ample space and provisions for various indoor and outdoor games like cricket, badminton, volleyball, aerobics, carrom-board etc.
